How do I cancel or re-schedule an appointment?
As part of the MASON community, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can do this by calling the front desk at 703-993-2380 as soon as possible after you become aware that you cannot attend your scheduled appointment. You can leave a voicemail message indicating your name, G#, and that you are canceling your appointment.
*Please note that in the event that a counselor cannot keep a scheduled appointment with you, we will attempt to contact you by phone or through the email you provided us with to reschedule.
