How do I cancel or re-schedule an appointment?

As part of the MASON community, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can do this by calling the front desk Monday – Friday between 8:30 – 5:00 p.m. at 703-993-2380 as soon as you become aware that you cannot attend your scheduled appointment.

*Please note that in the event that a counselor cannot keep a scheduled appointment with you, we will attempt to contact you by phone or through the email you provided us with to reschedule.
