Noor Masri is a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School, where she also completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Noor is an integrative clinician while being grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), as she integrates with cultural and trauma-informed approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. Noor has provided therapy and mental health support in community mental health and private practice settings, working with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of backgrounds. She is especially focused on understanding how intersectional identities shape clients’ lived experiences and aims to incorporate that understanding into every stage of the therapeutic process. Noor values the therapeutic relationship as a vital part of healing, as she believes that trust, collaboration, and cultural humility create the foundation for meaningful change.
