Operations Manager

Nina Joshi has been the Operations Manager since 2013 and conducts the important administrative and operational functions necessary to keep the center running smoothly. She also supervises a skilled CAPS Support Staff, who are routinely relied upon for the center’s successful day-to-day operations to provide timely customer support to incoming students, visitors, and staff. Nina is also on the CAPS Leadership Team, and she serves as the department liaison with other on-campus support offices.

As a former registered respiratory therapist at INOVA Fairfax Hospital, Nina forged a new career path by earning a B.A. in English and an M.A. in English, Linguistics, from Mason. She quickly became an enthusiastic member of the Mason community and chose the university for her new employment after permanently hanging up her hospital scrubs in the process.
