We have created this page of resources to help you obtain helpful information on processing stress, incorporating daily self-care activities, and finding support. Instagram Live

Join @caps_gmu‘s Instagram Live on Monday, November 2 at 6 pm. CAPS clinicians will be available to answer questions about managing stress, coping with uncertainty, and ways to find support within your communities. 

Mindfulness Pathways: Election Edition 

Join us for a special edition of our Mindfulness Pathways workshop on Wednesday, November 4th at 2pm. This workshop will teach attendees how to incorporate mindfulness practices to combat feelings of stress due to the election season. Click here to join the workshop. 

Support Spaces 

CAPS and SSAC will be offering a Post-Election Support Space on Wednesday, November 4th at 6 pm. This is a space for students who would like to connect with others and process their reactions to the election. Please note: this event will be held on Zoom. Attendees must register on Mason360 to receive the Zoom link, Meeting ID, and Passcode.

Find Your Flow: Navigating Stress During the Challenges of 2020

Join Mason Recreation, Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS), and the Center for Well-being for a series of collaborative events. These one hour sessions will consist of a 30min group fitness class, led by Mason Rec staff, followed by a 30min activity geared towards supporting mental health and well-being led by CAPS.
