Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Leslie Weber is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She obtained her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma State University, completed an APA-accredited doctoral internship at Utah State University, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. She earned her master’s degree at Oklahoma State University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies at William & Mary.
Dr. Weber utilizes a relational-cultural and culturally responsive approach to therapy. She views clients holistically and pays attention to clients’ identities, culture, and relationships and acknowledges that sociocultural factors significantly impact clients’ experiences and worldviews. She is passionate about working with young adults and about clinical training and supervision. Other professional interests include relationship concerns, identity development, purity culture, sexual concerns, and psychological assessment. Dr. Weber enjoys reading, baking, knitting, cross-stitching, traveling, and keeping her calico cat out of mischief.
Dr. Weber’s approach to supervision is developmental, relational, and collaborative. She creates a non-judgmental space that encourages reflection, curiosity, and authenticity. She prioritizes safety, empowerment, and cultural responsiveness to support supervisees in becoming ethical and effective professionals.
