  • Take a breather and spend some time with our furry friends from @heelinghouse before the game!! Don't miss out on the chance to de-stress and have some fun with CAPS and @masonathletics . Come join us for a paw-some time!

*If there is anything we can do to make the event accessible in order for all to participate, please contact CAPS at 703-993-2380.
  • Boundaries aren’t barriers; they’re like bridges that lead to self-respect and stronger connections! 🌟

When we set limits, we make room for growth, understanding, and respect for one another. 💙 So don’t forget, it’s perfectly fine to say no sometimes and take care of yourself!
  • On November 23, we honor International Survivors of Suicide Day. It's really important to remember that your feelings of grief are real, they matter, and they need time to heal.

This grief is a testament to the love and connections we've shared, highlighting our strength and resilience. 🌿❤️ So let's take a moment to embrace those tears and reflect; it's a heartfelt way to celebrate the impact of those we’ve lost.
  • 🐶 Pawsitively amazing turnout at the puppy yoga event organized by CAPS! 🐾🧘‍♂️ CAPS would like to thank @lostdogandcatrescue @doggynosesandyogaposes and our amazing yoga instructor Kimberly for making this event!

Thanks to all the students who participated! ❤️ We loved having you!!!
  • Besties, get those 💤's in! 🌙✨ Amidst the chaotic whirlwind of college life, let's not forget one of the most important self-care ritual: getting enough sleep!! 💤
