Britt earned his Master of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Divine Mercy University, where he is currently pursuing his doctorate in clinical psychology. He approaches therapy from an integrative, attachment-based perspective, drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy and psychodynamic approaches while integrating skills and mindfulness techniques from CBT, DBT, and ACT. Britt works collaboratively with students experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, identity development, and life transitions. He is especially interested in helping students better understand their emotions and relational patterns, strengthen their relationships, and build meaningful and authentic lives.
