Allison Funk (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from James Madison University and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University. Allison has experience working with individuals in a variety of settings including college counseling, community mental health, and private practice. She approaches therapy from an interpersonal, feminist, and multicultural lens. Allison utilizes an integrative approach in her work with clients and prioritizes their lived experiences to guide therapy. She prioritizes creating a safe space to foster authenticity, therapeutic rapport, and self-compassion. Allison enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending time with family/friends
