Will is a psychology extern at CAPS. He is in his fourth year at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) and is working towards a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Communication at the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at USUHS. He is an active-duty Air Force officer and earned his commission through the University of California, Los Angeles Air Force ROTC program. Will has worked primarily with service members, and also has experience working with families in a community mental health setting and with adolescents. Will’s work incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and interpersonal approaches. In his free time, Will enjoys baking, cooking, sports, and staying active.
