Mariam Gregorian, M.A.
Mariam is a doctoral psychology extern at CAPS who is completing her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at The Catholic University of America (CUA). She also completed her M.A. in General Psychology at CUA and holds degrees in Music Performance from the University of Maryland College Park and the University of Hartford. Mariam has previously worked in both a university counseling center and private practice setting and is passionate about suicide prevention. She utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from multicultural, insight-oriented, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) frameworks. Mariam is particularly interested in cultural identity development, especially among historically marginalized groups. In her free time, she enjoys playing the violin and hanging out with her two cats.
