Adrienne Douglass, Psy.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Douglass completed her doctoral degree in psychology at Wright State University School of Professional Psychology in Dayton, Ohio and is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Virginia.  She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Arizona State University’s Counseling and Consultation.  Dr. Douglass has had a variety of prior work experiences to include college counseling, teaching, consultation, and crisis intervention.  In addition to working at GMU CAPS, Dr. Douglass currently works full-time at the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board.

Dr. Douglass enjoys working with a wide range of student concerns and attempts to create a safe space where students feel accepted and supported.  Dr. Douglass has clinical expertise in working with members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community.
