CAPS Stress Management & Relaxation Tape
The Counseling and Psychological Services has developed an audiotaped program that provides information on stress management and includes several relaxation techniques, including deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training, and guided imagery. This program is accompanied by soothing music and has been recorded with both male and female voices. To obtain a copy of this program for your own use , bring in a 60-minute blank audiotape to exchange for one of the pre-recorded relaxation audiotapes.
