Mission/Vision

Counseling and Psychological Services at George Mason University prioritizes access to effective mental health care and learning services. We serve as an entry point for students to work with experts in college mental health who assess concerns and connect students with appropriate services on and off campus. We provide excellence in psychological and learning services by promoting student safety, enhancing emotional growth, and supporting academic success while celebrating the diversity found within our community. We consult with faculty and staff to provide support and education to the University. We also offer quality training to emerging mental health clinicians and learning specialists.
